It’s amazing how much one can knit when one chooses to knit just one project at a time. Simply amazing.
I’ve finished the left front and started on the right. The other WIP is this easy sweater for the Guidepost Sweater Project. It’s my procrastination project (I began knitting it last summer) which I procrastinated starting, so I’ll have to carry it over another week.
Okay, so technically that’s more than one project. I also have a preemie sweater upstairs and, you’ll be happy to hear, I found my #8s so I have a hat in my purse once again. You’ll never guess where they were… in my needle box! I can’t imagine why I hadn’t looked there. Maybe because I never put anything up.
I am loved…
My SP sent me a wonderful package today!
Isn’t this terrific? I’m going to have to splurge on some #1 or 2 Lantern Moon dps for socks. I am loving these colors. Stitch holders, bookplates, and yummy bath goodies… now I can honestly say I’m gifted!
Lots of 'maters in the garden, herbs are growing abundantly, blackberries are ripe and juicy, even picked a handful of green beans today, but this is my pride and joy:
And there are four of them on the tree! We just planted our dwarf peach tree this spring, so I didn’t expect any fruit, but who’s complaining? I’ll let you know how it tastes when I pick it.
Note to self: Do not use metal needle gauge for scraping off wallpaper.
