Note: I used my basic hat pattern with a couple of modifications. I started with about 5 fewer stitches, knit 5 rows for a rolled hem, then worked in seed stitch changing colors each row until time to start the decreases. I added the 5 stitches back on the last row of seed (I knit more loosely in seed).
